It has been a while since I posted a Food Journey article on Mountain Highs and Valley Lows. Today made a Three Bean Casserole. Several years ago a co-worker told about this recipe when I had several cans of beans I wanted to use up.
3 - 15.5 oz cans of three different beans of your choice
1 - 26 oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup
26 oz of milk
26 oz of water
1 lb of egg noodles
1 box of Cheese Nips or Cheez-It crashed
Mix all ingredients excepted the cheese crackers in a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add crashed crackers on the up. Bake until brown. Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes.
