Food Journey: Rice and Beans Recipe

I found this recipe on a message board for Dave Ramsey's fans. I tried it and have made a few changes to my liking. I enjoy it and believe you will too. I can eat for days on one making of this recipe.
2 cup of uncooked rice
1 can of drained black beans
1 can of corn
1 can of tomatoes
1 package of taco mix

Cook rice and then mix in the other ingredients.

I like to put this mixer in a flour tortillas with cheese and sour cream. Sometimes, I put hot sauce or salsa with it.

This recipe is easy to make and taste great. If you have kids they should enjoy it too. The best thing the ingredients do not cost much to buy.
